These meetings keep the entire team aligned and connected by bringing every department together to share important updates. The Culture Team sets the tone with music, treats and the occasional guest speaker, while leadership shares key insights from across the business, so everyone has visibility into what is happening. It is dedicated time for building momentum, learning, growing and strengthening our connections as the Pack.
Get to Know You Survey
A simple survey is a great way to get to know your team members and gather information you can use for future gifting. Triad uses this during the new hire process too, capturing the information that matters right from the start of someone's career here.
Kudos Channel
Create a "kudos" channel in your internal communication app where staff can recognize and appreciate each other. It is a simple way to highlight the great things your teammates are doing every day.
New Hire Happy Hours
There is no better way to welcome new wolves than with good vibes, cold drinks, and a lot of team energy. After each onboarding class wraps up training, we bring the entire Triad Pack together to celebrate. Led by the team lead of the new hire, these are not just any hangout. They are where connections are made, stories are shared, and new team members get their first real taste of Triad culture in action. We break out the legendary Wolfpack Wisdom Cards and toss out fun, thoughtful and sometimes hilarious questions for our newest teammates to answer in front of the crew. It is equal parts meaningful and memorable, and it makes sure every new team member feels the strength of the Pack from day one.
Work Anniversaries
At Triad, work anniversaries are a meaningful opportunity to celebrate the contributions our team members make to our mission. Each year, we show our appreciation in ways tailored to the milestone.
Time to recharge: Team members are required to take a day off within the month of their anniversary.
Heartfelt greeting card: Each year another rocket ship gets added to our custom foil printed Triad anniversary cards with custom Wolfpack messaging.
Personal delivery from our founder or leader: On their work anniversary, the founder or team lead personally delivers their gift, along with a foil number balloon representing their milestone year.
Milestone gifts:
One year: A large bottle of our own Triad blend of wine plus their favorite snacks
Two year: DBDL Expedition jackets plus their favorite snacks
Three year: Triad Muggo mug and coffee beans plus their favorite snacks

Paid time off: We encourage team members to take a well-deserved day for themselves to celebrate, recharge or simply enjoy life outside of work.
